If you have not yet had your annual mammogram for 2026 and are uninsured, we invite you to sign up for your mammography screening.
Eligibility Guidelines for Uninsured Women:
- A Florida resident
- Do not have health insurance
- Have not had a mammogram within a year (12 months)
- 40-64 years of age OR
- Under 40 years of age with a parent, sibling or child that has had breast cancer
- Earn less than or equal to 200% of the poverty level
- Women of any age who have completed treatment for breast cancer may be eligible

Eligibility Guidelines for Insured Women:
- Have not had their mammograms within a year (12 months)
- At average risk for breast cancer should begin receiving mammograms at age 40
- Most health insurance plans cover screening mammograms with no out out-of-pocket cost
- Florida women who are insured can schedule their mammogram directly with 3D Mammolink.
