If you have not yet had your annual mammogram for 2025 and are uninsured, we invite you to sign up for your mammography screening. You are eligible for a FREE mammogram if you:
- Are a Florida resident.
- Do not have health insurance.
- Have not had a mammogram within a year.
- 50-64 years of age OR
- 40-49 years of age with a 1st degree family history of breast cancer (parent, sibling, or child).
- Earn less than or equal to 200% of the poverty level.
- Women of any age who have completed treatment for breast cancer may be eligible.
Eligibility Guidelines for Insured Women
- Have not had their mammograms within a year.
- At average risk for breast cancer should begin receiving mammograms at age 40.
- Most health insurance plans cover screening mammograms with no out-of-pocket cost.
- Florida women who are insured can schedule their mammogram directly with 3D MammoLink.
- PLEASE NOTE:* If any woman schedules an appointment on the mobile unit and it has not been a complete year since their last mammogram WILL BE CHARGED A FEE BY THEIR INSURANCE CARRIER.
FREE Gift Card for eligible women who complete the virtual breast health education and keep their scheduled screening appointment.
Pre-registration required no later than 2 weeks before event date to determine eligibility.
