The Beautiful Gate Cancer Support & Resource Center hosted breast cancer survivors on July 25, 2026 for our Pretty in Pink Wellness Luncheon, a joyful celebration of beauty, resilience, and renewed strength.
This uplifting event was meant to help survivors look good, feel better, and embrace the healing power of self-care.
Guests enjoyed a delicious lunch, received a complimentary gift card for a rejuvenating facial with Kandy McKain of Inde Beauty, and took part in a wellness session led by Janae Ponder, LCSW, of Life-Spire Counseling Services LLC. Janae shared practical tools for caring for your mind, body, and spirit during and after cancer treatment.
More than a luncheon, this was a moment of restoration, sisterhood, and empowerment — wrapped in love, hope, and all things pink.
Registration was required to be eligible for a complimentary facial gift card for newly diagnosed women. The first 20 women selected were scheduled for a complimentary facial by appointment only.
